How to activate the warranty

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open the relevant order and click “After-sales”.
3. Describe the problem and add photos if you can.
4. Our team will get back to you within 24 working hours with the right procedure.

30-day cooling-off period

You have 30 days to change your mind (instead of the statutory 14 days). Free return, refund within 5 days of receipt.
